A leader and specialist in the Employee Assistance industry in South Africa, ThruVision’s founder and CEO, Radhi Vandayar, is a passionate people engagement professional. Radhi has a demonstrable track record of working in EAP consultancy and employee wellness. For over twenty years she has supported executives and employees within public and parastatal bodies, NPOs and corporate organisations – with a focus on enhancing business results through people-driven projects. In 2018, Radhi was elected to the post of President Elect of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association of South Africa (EAPA-SA). She has served on the EAPA-SA Board since 2010. This forum allows her to be part of the growth of the industry within a South African and sub-Saharan African context. Radhi has an Honours degree in Social Work. She was awarded an MBA and Coaching accreditation through Henley Business College in 2012 and 2017 and is an accredited COMENSA coach.
